Jesse Palidofsky’s CD Launch…
TONIGHT! Ken travels stateside for Jesse Palidofsky‘s CD release concert on Friday, September 12 at 8 p.m. at Carroll Cafe in Washington, DC. Jesse came up to Toronto to record and have Ken produce this fabulous new collection of songs entitled Dancing Toward The Light. Ken will also join Kim and Reggie Harris for concerts on October 17 back at Carroll Cafe and then on October 18 at Old Songs in Voorheesville, NY.

In the studio… Early next week Ken will be mastering the new Ken Whiteley and the Beulah Band CD with Harris Newman at Grey Market Mastering in Montreal.
In concert.. For our friends in in southwestern Ontario, Ken and bassist George Koller will be playing at the inagural Kingsville Folk Music Festival on August 9 & 10. Ken travels stateside for Jesse Palidofsky‘s CD release concert on September 12 at Carroll Cafe in Washington, DC. He’ll be returning to the States to join Kim and Reggie Harris for concerts on October 17 at the Carroll Cafe and October 18 at Old Songs in Voorheesville, NY. On October 19, Ken will host the first gospel brunch at the 13th Annual Canal Bank Shuffle Blues Festival in Thorold, ON. Kim and Reggie will be Ken’s special guests at the gospel brunch, which is being held at the Four Points Sheraton.

ON STAGE.. Ken is delighted to be performing for the children and families of the The Cramahe Township Public Library on Tuesday, July 29th at 11:30 a.m. in the town square.

CONCERTS… TONIGHT! (May 24th) Join Ken, host/presener Bruce Madole and Celtic-influenced singer/songwriter Grainne Ryan this afternoon starting at 2 p.m. at the Glen WIlliams Town Hall. The Source of the Song is an acoustic songwriters concert series in the hamlet of Glen Williams, which is part of Halton Hills, on the northern edge of Georgetown. Tickets $20. at the door.

For all of our friends in and around HALIFAX… On Thursday, May 15th Ken will be performing at the Cole Harbour Rural Heritage Farm Rose and Kettle Tearoom,471 Poplar Drive, just off of Otago Drive in Cole Harbour. The concert starts at 7pm and runs until 9pm. Admission is by free-will donation.
