Spend your holiday weekend in the beautiful Catskill Mountains enjoying the practices of Yoga and sacred music with us! The daily schedule will include all levels Yoga workshops on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, with senior yoga teachers Prahlad, Shyam and Mohini. Ken will give concerts on Sunday and Monday nights plus music and sound workshops onSaturday to Monday starting at 12noon.

Here’s a sneak peak below of the CD’s title track featuring Kim and Ken. The Toronto CDrelease concert with the full band is tonight (Thursday, June 8) at Hugh’s Room Live.
