This week I’m doing a children’s concert in Cramahe on Tuesday, July 21st from 11:30am to 12:30pm.

For all of our Toronto & GTA friends and family, my outdoor show with fiddler Rosalyn Dennett at Ward’s Island Cafe has been moved from Friday (thunderstorm forecast) to Saturday, July 18th from 4pm to 6pm. Hope to see some of you there. I am also looking forward to doing a children’s concert in Cramahe on Tuesday, July 21st from 11:30am to 12:30pm.
I will be in the recording studio in July with Joanna Chapman-Smith working on her new Folktales recording. I’ve also been collaborating with Sufi master musician Davod Azad on a new project and that work is ongoing.

I’ll be at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranchnear Woodbourne, N.Y. from July 3 – 5 for a concert and some workshops. There’s a clip below from the Sivananda Ashram Retreat in the Bahamas where I sing a medley of “Bright Side” and “Another Day’s Journey”.

Later in the month I’ll be heading to the States. Ken Whiteley & The Beulah Band will be performing at the Old Songs Festival near Albany, N.Y. June 26 -28. Check out some music, including tracks from the new CD, on my soundcloud channel and 2 music videos below.

THIS SATURDAY! Ken and bassist Terry Wilkins offer up a few songs at the 2nd annual Toronto GMO-Free Festival in Christie Pits. Come join the celebration of Ontario’s rapidly growing non-GMO organic food movement. Ken and Terry go on stage at 3 p.m. but the event runs from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. with speakers and an organic farmer’s market.

THIS SATURDAY! Ken recently produced the debut recording of a fantastic new Toronto-based indie-folk band, Crooked House Road. Their music flows with delicious lush harmonies, captivating storytelling, a bluesy backdrop and a modern indie feel.
